Polígonos del Valle de Uco Gualtallary Cabernet Franc 2023 is a precise and elegant expression of the Gualtallary terroir, one of the highest and most extreme regions of the Uco Valley. Crafted by Sebastián Zuccardi, this wine faithfully reflects the mountainous character and mineral purity of its calcareous soils.
"Deep ruby red in color, the nose reveals fresh red fruits, tobacco leaf, wild herbs, and subtle floral aromas. On the palate, it features firm, textured tannins, excellent tension, balanced acidity, and a long finish with a pronounced mineral imprint. A high-altitude Cabernet Franc that captivates with its typicity, freshness, and precision."
