Altos Las Hormigas Appellation Paraje Altamira 2021 is a powerful, precise, and deeply mineral interpretation of the Paraje Altamira terroir, sourced from selected blocks of the Jardín de Hormigas vineyard, certified 100% organic. Made with native yeasts, minimal intervention, and balanced aging between concrete and untoasted oak, this Malbec faithfully reflects the stony, calcareous character of its origin.
"Bright and vibrant red in color, the nose shows remarkable complexity: blueberries, cassis, cherry, jarilla, wet stone, violets, orange peel, and white pepper. On the palate, it delivers a commanding entry, vibrant texture, elastic tannins, and an electric sensation. The finish is long, with persistent notes of fresh fruit, chalk, and wild herbs. A wine with great grip, depth, and tension—ideal for lovers of the most precise and elegant high-altitude Malbecs."
