Luigi Bosca De Sangre Malbec DOC displays a bright violet color and an aromatic profile defined by pure red fruit reminiscent of ripe cherries. Winemaking:

The grapes are hand-harvested in 18 to 20 kg boxes. Bunch selection, destemming, and berry selection are carried out before vinification. The must then undergoes cold maceration for 5 to 7 days at temperatures between 8 and 10°C. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks using extraction techniques such as punch-downs and délestage. After maceration, the wine is transferred to oak barrels where malolactic fermentation occurs and aging continues for 12 months. Prior to release, the wine is bottled with gentle filtration and cellared for at least six months.
