“Gran Enemigo Chacayes Single Vineyard is a Cabernet Franc with 15% Malbec blended in the vineyard. It comes from younger vines than those in the classic zones, planted in 2004 in the Las Viñas de Mendoza area at 1,100 meters above sea level. It fermented with native yeasts and up to 50% whole clusters, and was aged in old oak foudres.”
