Arcángel Azrael is a bold and structured expression crafted from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Perdriel, Mendoza. Part of the Los Arcángeles – Partida II limited edition, this wine reflects the distinctive character of a singular terroir shaped by altitude, sunlight, and slow ripening.
Grown in deep, alluvial, sandy-loam soils, the vineyard benefits from excellent sun exposure and a cool microclimate at 900 to 1,000 meters above sea level, allowing the clusters to ripen gradually and reach full maturity with balance and precision.
Deep and intense red in color, the nose reveals notes of plums, blackberries, and sour cherries, layered with elegant hints of chocolate, coffee, and tobacco from its extended oak aging. On the palate, it is powerful and persistent, with a long finish and refined, approachable tannins.
