Description
Arcángel Maalik is a limited-edition Cabernet Sauvignon crafted in Altamira, Valle de Uco, one of Mendoza’s most distinctive high-altitude terroirs. Part of the Los Arcángeles – Partida II series, this wine expresses the intensity and complexity that characterize wines grown in this exceptional region.
The vineyard sits at approximately 1,100 meters above sea level, where the combination of altitude, sunny days, and cool nights allows the grapes to develop remarkable balance and aromatic precision. The soils are composed of clay, sand, silt, and calcareous stones, contributing structure, minerality, and depth to the wine.
On the nose, the wine reveals an intense bouquet with notes of coffee, chocolate, and tobacco, supported by layers of ripe dark fruit. The palate is generous and structured, with ripe, rounded tannins and excellent volume, leading to a persistent and complex finish that invites another sip.
