Tutu Cabernet Franc Calcáreo Mix 2024 is a remarkably fine and distinctive red wine crafted with minimal intervention from grapes grown in Gualtallary and Altamira, within the Uco Valley, Mendoza. Sourced from soils featuring roughly 70% calcareous stone-covered rocks and a 30 cm layer of caliche, the winemaking approach prioritizes depth with low extraction, utilizing native yeasts and skin contact. Aged entirely in concrete eggs, this unique Cabernet Franc is typically austere on the entry of the nose and palate, yet highly concentrated, long, vertical, and deeply impactful in the aftertaste.
