Trapiche Iscay Syrah-Viognier is an elegant, deep, and complex expression of the Uco Valley, crafted from a unique co-fermentation of grapes sourced from Los Árboles. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels and further refined with 12 months of bottle aging, this wine beautifully balances the structured power of Syrah with the sutil aromatic delicacy of Viognier, guided by a philosophy of ultimate precision, consistency, and an extraordinary aging potential.
"Deep violet-red in color with purple hues, the nose unfolds a complex combination of ripe red and black fruits like plums and blackberries, intertwined with floral notes of violets and lavender, spicy hints of white pepper, and subtle reminders of leather and tobacco. On the palate, it presents itself as fresh, broad, and sophisticated, with sweet, round tannins that provide an impeccable silky texture. Its finish is long, persistent, and highly elegant, making it a true cult wine ideal for special occasions."
