100% Malbec
HARVEST
Early harvest, with selection on farms. Harvested at different stages of ripening, obtaining completely different wine profiles in each case.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks at low temperatures and with yeasts from the vineyard, to obtain a varietal expression. Gentle extraction is carried out to achieve fruity aromas and balanced tannins. Aged in concrete tanks for 4 to 6 months.
TASTING NOTES
Versatile, intense wine with a lot of fruit. On the palate, it has a balanced acidity and a medium structure.
