Oír Ese Río Cabernet Franc is an elegant, terroir-driven, and remarkably expressive wine sourced from sustainable vineyards situated at 1,100 meters above sea level in Alto Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo. Crafted with a low-extraction philosophy by winemaker German Masera, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and is aged for 18 months in second-use 500-liter French oak barrels, followed by a full year of bottle refinement. This meticulous, hands-off approach beautifully highlights the pure character and vibrancy of its alluvial, stony soils.
