Winemaking:

The grapes are hand-harvested, with careful bunch selection and destemming. A cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out at 8°C, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C using selected yeasts. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and bottled with gentle filtration.
