Luigi Bosca De Sangre Malbec DOC 2024 is a vibrant wine with a brilliant violetcolour and a clearly defined aromatic profile dominated by pure red fruit, reminiscent of ripe cherry. Its complexity is enhanced by delicate spicy notes and subtle toasty nuances fromageing, evoking hints of coffee. On the palate, it shows a round and expressive entry, with an intense presence of red fruit and spices. Firm tannins and balanced acidity provide a dynamic structure full of character. Winemaking:

The grapes are hand-harvested in 18–20 kg boxes, followed by careful bunch selection, destemming, and berry sorting. The must undergoes cold maceration for 5 to 7 days at temperatures between 8 and 10°C. Fermentation takes place in small stainless steel tanks, using extraction techniques such as punch-downs and délestage. After maceration, the wine is transferred to oak barrels where malolactic fermentation occurs, followed by 12 months ofageing. Prior to release, the wine is gently filtered and aged in bottle at the winery for at least six months.
