Colonia Las Liebres Organic Malbec 2023 is a vibrant, unadorned expression of Mendoza Malbec. Produced under certified organic practices and with no oak influence, this wine reflects a philosophy of minimal intervention, featuring spontaneous fermentation, concrete aging, and deep respect for the vineyard. Sourced from two selected polygons in Luján de Cuyo, it brings together freshness, texture, and a strong sense of place.
"Bright ruby-red in color, the nose highlights fresh fruits such as plum and sour cherry, alongside floral notes, pink peppercorn, aguaribay, and carob blossom. On the palate, it is agile, juicy, and lively, with balanced acidity, a mineral texture, and a long, refreshing finish. A direct, expressive, and honest wine."
