Sourced from Finca San Isidro and Finca Las Mercedes at an impressive 1,800metres above sea level, this unique blend pairs the structural crispness of Riesling with the aromatic charm of Torrontés. Crafted using the Charmat method, it represents a lively, modern expression of Salta's sun-drenched terroirs, guided by a philosophy of preserving ultimate freshness and intense regional identity.

"Bright golden incolour, it displays fine, well-aligned bubbles that culminate in a persistent crown. The nose offers a remarkably fresh sensation, revealing a subtle memory of orange blossoms provided by the Torrontés, beautifully accompanied by crisp notes of fresh fruits like green apple and pineapple contributed by the Riesling.
