Amalaya Brut Nature is a vibrant, fresh, and highly original sparkling wine that beautifully captures the essence of high-altitude winemaking in the Calchaquí Valleys. Sourced from Finca San Isidro and Finca Las Mercedes at an impressive 1,800 meters above sea level, this unique blend pairs the structural crispness of Riesling with the aromatic charm of Torrontés. Crafted using the Charmat method, it represents a lively, modern expression of Salta's sun-drenched terroirs, guided by a philosophy of preserving ultimate freshness and intense regional identity.
"Bright golden in color, it displays fine, well-aligned bubbles that culminate in a persistent crown. The nose offers a remarkably fresh sensation, revealing a subtle memory of orange blossoms provided by the Torrontés, beautifully accompanied by crisp notes of fresh fruits like green apple and pineapple contributed by the Riesling. On the palate, it delivers a dynamic and highly mineral entry with a medium volume that carefully preserves its core freshness, while a subtle acidity peeks through on the finish, leading to a fresh and elegant persistence."
