El Enemigo Bonarda Single Vineyard El Barranco 2023 is a refined red wine crafted by master winemaker Alejandro Vigil for Bodega Aleanna. Sourced from the El Barranco vineyard in Junín, Mendoza, situated at 650metres above sea level in sandy soils intermixed with river stones, this 100% Bonarda captures the distinctive expression of warm-climate Eastern Mendoza terroirs. Fermented with indigenous yeasts at a maximum temperature of 28°C for 15 days with a total maceration of 25 days, the wine aged for 12 months in historic 100-year-old oak foudres.

"In the glass, it displays an inviting deep ruby redcolour with vibrant violet hues. The nose stands out for its delicate floral aromas of roses blended with fresh red fruits, wild herbs, and subtle spice notes. On the palate, it exhibits a delicate texture, juicy acidity, and fine tannins, delivering a fresh, harmonious, and remarkably persistent finish."
