Description
DV Catena Malbec Nicasia is an elegant and complex wine, crafted from selected grapes from the prestigious Nicasia Vineyard in the heart of the Uco Valley. It shows a deep red color with violet hues and outstanding aromatic intensity that reflects the identity of its terroir.
On the nose, it is intense and concentrated, with notes of ripe blackberries, forest fruits, vanilla, tobacco and delicate liqueur nuances contributed by barrel aging. On the palate, it is broad, with a sweet entry and great complexity, featuring smooth, rounded tannins that lead into a long, persistent finish. A refined Malbec, ideal to pair with game dishes and characterful meats.
