Description

Angélica Zapata Merlot is an elegant and complex wine, deep violet-red in color with ruby highlights. On the nose, it shows a delicate aromatic profile, with forest red fruits and subtle spice notes such as black pepper and clove from the La Pirámide vineyard, complemented by ripe red and black fruits—cassis and currants—from the Nicasia and Adrianna vineyards. Aging in oak adds gentle nuances of spice and vanilla.
On the palate, it delivers a sweet, immediate impact with a medium body, beautifully balanced by fresh acidity. The tannins are soft and rounded, leading to a long, refined, and pleasant finish.
