Winemaking Process:
The grapes are manually harvested and carefully selected. Before alcoholic fermentation, the must undergoes a cold maceration for 3 days at 8°C to extract aromas and color. Alcoholic fermentation takes place with selected yeasts for 12 days in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 24 and 26°C. Then, malolactic fermentation is carried out in the same tanks, preserving the wine’s fresh and fruity profile. There is no oak contact, highlighting its pure and authentic varietal expression.
